IN-HOUSE TRAINING

These are weekly internal trainings. Certificates are awarded to employees who score 70% and above. Presentation of certificates is done by the Managing Director at the end of the month.

Grey Kampondeni, Yonum Silungwe and Frank Kampapalala were achievers in basic supervisory skills. They all scored above 70%, while Barry Makumba, Gareth Gomes and Blessings Saka came first in effective communication.

Some of our employees attended a three day training workshop in Management, Influencing and Assertiveness Skills for Office Managers which was held at Sunbird Mount Soche.

We had inhouse training in Self Development, 12 employees attended and those who got distinctions were Frank Kampapalala, Daniel Tambala and Frank Mussa. Candrew Mandalasi got a pass.
